Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have read, understood and have agreed to these terms of service.
General Terms
Fill up the commission form with the right details and links to my E-mail ([email protected]) provided. I will not entertain any requests without the form as well as forms sent to Twitter DMs.
In line with the statement above, questions WILL be entertained in Twitter DMs.
A client can only have maximum of 2 commissions ordered. If you plan to commission again, you will have to wait until slots/waitlist are open again.
All commissions are digital. No shipping needed.
I have the right to refuse a commission.
Commissions are for personal use only UNLESS STATED. Please do not resell or use for merchandise.
Please note that commissions will take time so only commission me if you are willing to wait.
Delays may happen if I get busy or problems arise, I will inform the client or update my twitter posts. Do not rush me.
No deadlines. (except for Vtuber models which has a minimum of 1 month)
Please keep in mind that I don't respond to messages on weekends. (Manila time GMT+8)

Payment & Refunds
Prices are in USD only. (No Cryptocurrencies)
Payment via PayPal only. (Still trying out other possible payment platforms like Wise, etc.)
Complex designs/more details will have additional charge.
Full payment upfront. Once details have been agreed on, I will send an invoice through your PayPal email.
No refunds once I have received payment so please think carefully before you decide to commission!
Refunds will only be given if I can't work on your commission.
If the client want to be bumped up or have a rushed order, there will be an added fee. (Half-body = $200; Full body = $300)
Revisions & Copyright
Major revisions will incur additional cost.
Minor revisions are free of charge.
Revisions are limited to 2 times (for designing) and 3 times (vtuber model) Please be clear about the details on what you want for your commission.
I DO NOT permit or authorize any assets or art made by me that make use of blockchain technology. This includes any form of cryptocurrency and NFTs, past, present or future.
Proper credit is required. (Twitter: @exelionstar | Twitch: @exelionstar_) when you use your commission from me.
